A main goal of the KCWP is to provide information and other assistance to landowners in Kittitas County. One way KCWP achieves this is by hosting public meetings. Washington State Department of Ecology, US Bureau of Reclamation, and other local, State, and Federal agencies frequently speak to irrigators at these meetings regarding water quality issues. We also discuss results of our own studies and other pertinent issues.

The KCWP Board of Directors is made up of a representative from each of the major irrigation districts in our valley, as well as a representative for creek users. The Board meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 1:00 in the KRD office (315 N Water St). The public is welcome to attend these meetings, as well.
